The group will be accommodated in an old village, which has been renovated for rural tourism. Aldeia de Cuada is protected by the Regional Government of the Azores and classified as a Cultural Heritage site with historical, architectural and natural value. The site was mostly abandoned in the 1960s, when many local residents emigrated. Now, thanks to the recent renovation, it is equipped with all the facilities and conveniences for comfortable accommodation.

Fish and seafood, cooked in a simple manner - grilled, roasted, or fried - are the crown jewels of the Azores. Rain, although less frequent in summer, is a constant in the Azorean archipelago. For that reason, we advise you to take waterproof clothing, but we recommend prioritising clothing that is comfortable and airy, so that you can walk around in nature without any constraints.

It’s an all-ages program, the pace will be appropriate to the needs of the group and everyone will be able to participate in the activities without a lot of effort. Does the trip require any special health care? No. There is no need for increased care for this trip. In the case of any unexpected issues, there is a health unit available on the island.
